Fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. The newsletter and scorecard forms are provided by Brevo and run Brevo's script when you use them. They also use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated signups, which shares information about your device and visit with Google.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use these service providers to run the business, and they process information only on our instructions:
- Brevo (newsletter sending and signup forms)
- Google Workspace (email, calendar and call booking)
- OVHcloud (website hosting and domain)
- Our customer relationship and outreach tools, which hold business contact details and notes about our conversations
We may also share information where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these providers process information outside the UK, including in the European Union and the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by a UK adequacy decision or by contract terms approved under UK data protection law.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it, or limit how we use it
- Stop contacting you, at any time and without giving a reason
- Send it to you, or to someone else, in a standard format
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email contact@agamemnon.biz and we will reply within one month.
Emails from us
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and one click is enough. If we contact you about your business directly, reply "stop" or tell us in any way you like, and we will not contact you again.
Keeping it safe
Access to your information is limited to the people who need it for the work.
